Reporting Tools and Sales Management
The sales performance wizard is the heart of sales management.
It allows the manager to see total sales to date against target,
or one salesperson's total sales to date. You can also see
previous years for comparison.
Forecasting is straight forward and like actual sales can
be cut multiple ways with or without targets. Each graph is
clear and includes drill down buttons, so you can investigate
in detail the likelihood of specific quotations converting
to orders by a given date. You can print the graphs, copy
them in to an Excel spreadsheet or use the 3D modelling tool
and change the perspective.
Sales targets can be set by Sales person, Industry sector,
Product group or Market Segment.
