Each time you communicate with any of these contacts or companies the system will ask you what project is this in connection with. The same happens when they communicate with you. This builds up a correspondence history based on a specific project and can be viewed by enquiries, quotations, orders, support etc.

This is ideal to cost out time spent on specific jobs/projects for a client.
