or enquiry.

that the system already holds. Order entry can be used for
scheduled orders or orders as they come in. Once an order
is completed you have the option of creating an automatic
invoice. Both the Order entry and Invoice screens have full
links with limitless word templates which means you have full
control on all your outputs. Creates a full maintenance contract
record if your company provides annual or regular services.
This means you can see how much recurring revenue is generated
by a single customer or by all customers.
