Each promotion you hold is entered once through Virtual Office.
You can hold the cost of each promotion and construction details
(so if being successful you can re-construct it) and importantly
link it to a campaign.
As you enter leads, enquiries, quotes, orders etc. the system
will automatically allocate those leads to the correct promotion;
it does this by sucking through the original promotion that
generated the lead. However if this changes down the line
you can easily change it.
One of the biggest problems facing the marketing manager
to day is deciding on re-booking a promotional event (e.g.
exhibition/seminar). How profitable was the last event? Our
